What we keep

• Your email, and if you sign in with Google, your name and photo.
• What you save: ratings, cooking times, checkmarks, your Hamagotchi, settings.
• Feedback and reports you send, with your email, so we can read it and reply; and your inbox's notices.
• Reviews you write: everyone sees them, with the first word of your name and your ratings, never your email.
• Voice (Premium): your question and our answer, only to answer it; and how much voice is used.

On your device

Your theme, filters and a copy of what you save, in your browser's storage.

Cookies

Only to keep you signed in. No ad or tracking cookies.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare: hosts the site and stores your data; sends email sign-in codes.
• Google: Sign in with Google.
• Anthropic and ElevenLabs: voice questions and spoken answers (Premium).
• Kroger: prices (Basic and Premium); gets a store number or the ZIP code you search, nothing about you.

Others see ratings and times only as averages, never your email. An Author's own ratings, and the time set for their recipe, show on it by default.

We don't sell or share it

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We don't track you across sites, so there's nothing for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control to turn off.

Your choices

Anyone can ask to see, correct or delete their data: email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

Kids are welcome to cook along with an adult. Accounts are for ages 13 and up; if we learn a child under 13 has one, we delete it.
